The production of Turf lawns, which started at the beginning of the 90s from a partner, is still one of the main activities of the POLIFLOR Group. We have a cultivation of almost 40 hectares, divided in many categories that gives birth to 3 different lines of turf lawns::

• MICROTHERM LINE
• MICRO-MACROTHERM MIXED LINE
• LOW MAINTENANCE LINE

The MICROTHERM LINE comprises turf lawns of gramineae, whose phase of major vegetative activity is when temperatures are between 15° e 23° C. It is almost about species belonging to the Festuche and Poaceae families.

The MICRO-MACROTHERM MIXED LINE combines the use of microtherm, whose aspect is surely better in Autumn and Winter, and macrotherm, whose maximum yield is in Summer.

The LOW MAINTENANCE LINEconsists of species that garantee to the customer lower maintenance input for mow, irrigation and fertilization.

All turf lawns are produced on light substrates based on sand, to assure light rolls and to avoid roothing problems on any kind of soil.

Special size BIGROLL or heavy lawns (thicker) are available on demand for works of big dimensions.
